Ice-cream Machines are used to keep the gelato cold or in other words, to suck the unwanted heat outside of the gelato and keep it frozen. The way these machines work is we have four components that work together and make the cycle work. We have an evaporator that absorbs the heat and sends it to the compressor. The compressor’s job is to compress the refrigerant and send it to the condenser unit which most of the time is a water-cooled unit in an ice cream machine to keep the surrounding temperature down as well. And the refrigerant passes over to the expansion valve which expands and sends the cold liquid back to the evaporator and the cycle just keeps repeating after and after. Modern ice cream machines are more advanced and more technical and require a separate set of controls to sort of giving commands. If any of the small contact or relays inside boards malfunctions, the entire machine stops. Ice cream machines can be from a small commercial ice cream shop to a big ice cream factory where it serves its employees. Ice cream machines are not easy to work with and require proper knowledge and skills to work with. We at DHVAC HEATING, REFRIGERATION, APPLIANCES, AND AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEMS do full supply, maintenance, servicing, and installations of ice cream machines for all kinds of supermarkets, commercial and industrial needs.
